NEW rate 5 stars to me because it does buffer, and when I was trying to recertify I save and close to see if it would actually save and pick up where I left, it did but erased the info of truth I typed in. Which is a good thing, actually. Thank You Access HRA Developer!

This app is not allowing me to edit my profile information and when I try I get a message saying that an error has occurred and unable to edit the wrong mailing address that comes up with my profile

Everyone doesn't know how to use a smartphone as required for this app. Why can't I do everything from my computer. I can upload all files easily from there. Why not make the website fully functional. Just another tool used to deny benefits
