I love using the "Access HRA" APP. FOOD STAMPS AND OR CASH ASSISTANCE / HRA APP for the NY STATE/CITY IN REGARDS TO MY BENEFITS UPCOMING DROP DATE, AMOUNTS,ANY UPCOMING APPTS.AND-OR DOCS THAT I NEED TO UPLOAD WITH AMOUNT TO EXPECT RECOMMENDATIONS I NEED TO PROVIDE OR UPLOAD ON TO THE WEBSITE UPCOMING APPOINTMENT DATES I CAN'T CALL THE CARD OR IF I FORGET MY FS EBT CARD INFO, ETC. THE INFORMATION IT PROVIDES ISN'T UP-TO-DATE DETAILS.

Horrible, they require you to have the app, the online HRA account doesn't have the same information as the app, but you need the app to upload documents ? It's confusing that they have you going back and forth, and can't just don't all on one platform! You would think that with the tech advance that we could have this made simple? From my experience is better to just walk in to the office. Only then to get an employee without ppl skills and hates they job and takes it out in the customers! Lol
