It's 2024. Why don't we deserve the option to email documents in one batch? It's not one document, but multi-paged documents. Taking a clear phone photo of each page and uploading is cumbersome and unnecessary.

Once you take the picture you go to the part where it said "you are not a robot" for verification is really small, and you can only see a box

NYC HRA DOCUMENT UPLOAD IS THE WORST APP BY NYC HRA BESIDES ACCESS HRA. THIS DOESN'T ALLOW TO UPLOAD 3 PAGES BY DISABLED AND ELDERLY. TINY WINDOW COMES TO VERIFY ALL SQUARES WITH IMAGES WHICH DON'T FIT ON THAT WINDOW AND EVEN WHEN ALL A CORRECTLY DONE FOR 20 MINS IT REFUSING TO UPLOAD DOCS. THE WORST IS THAT APP POP-UP WINDOW IS SO TINY IT'S 7-9 CHARACTERS LONG & ONLY 1 ROW TALL. Samsung Galaxy S10 is set for Large FONT. This App is an absolute disaster.
