THIS IS ANOTHER GOVERNMENT DIPLOMATIC SYSTEM TO HELP PEOPLE, GOVERNMENT INTERVENE IN VARIOUS WAYS TO SAVES LIFE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GREAT GOVERNMENT LIFE SAVINGS APP ESPECIALLY PEOPLE THAT LIVES INSIDE NEW YORK STATE, THIS IS GREAT APP FOR INDIVIDUAL VOICE & NEEDS TO BE HANDLE BY THIS GREAT NATION" USA" AND THE REPUBLIC FOR WHICH IT STANDS. ★★★★★ I had send the recertification form I uploaded, but I don't know what happened I think IOUs didn't receive, but it's funny because I never received the recertification firm I hadded to downloaded it, and then I send it online and send and mailed it now yesterday HRA send me a text saying thst now I could submit the recertification form thst I have until nov 15 or my benefits will end, but I had send it now the app is saying thst I cannot submit anything due to an application thst is not complete

★★★★★ Great app, makes it so easy and convenient to upload documents for HRA cases, such as SNAP, Medicaid and public assistance.

★★☆☆☆ It's not been allowing documents upload. Get all the way to verify objects screen and no pictures come up. Usually this is my go-to method to turn in documents.

★★☆☆☆ What a terribly developed app. I'm prompted to enter a captcha to verify I'm not a robot, but the web view for the Google captcha is too small to actually select all the squares with bicycles. Did anyone actually test this app? As a result of not being able to enter the captcha I can't actually upload any documents, which is the whole point of why I installed it. What a failure.

★★☆☆☆ NYC HRA DOCUMENT UPLOAD IS THE WORST APP BY NYC HRA BESIDES ACCESS HRA. THIS DOESN'T ALLOW TO UPLOAD 3 PAGES BY DISABLED AND ELDERLY. TINY WINDOW COMES TO VERIFY ALL SQUARES WITH IMAGES WHICH DON'T FIT ON THAT WINDOW AND EVEN WHEN ALL A CORRECTLY DONE FOR 20 MINS IT REFUSING TO UPLOAD DOCS. THE WORST IS THAT APP POP-UP WINDOW IS SO TINY IT'S 7-9 CHARACTERS LONG & ONLY 1 ROW TALL. Samsung Galaxy S10 is set for Large FONT. This App is an absolute disaster.

★★☆☆☆ I hate to verify that you're not a robot feature. It's not user-friendly on a phone, which is the whole premise of the app in the first place.
