Awful, awful and awful. You can't sign into anything You can't make a phone call You can't take pictures of your paperwork and send it in You can't email it in to your worker everything is so just messed up they want you to send stuff in over your phone, but they make it impossible to sign into the app, or it constantly is staying error then when you call it hangs up on you or says there have too many calls coming in, and they can't take your phone call. These places are a joke.

When I tried to set up an account it sent me a verification code. I entered the code, and it said that it was processing my information, but it stayed on that screen for thirty minutes and never let me log in. when I tried to redo the code it wouldn't send me a new one and told me that I exceeded my limit for getting a new code. It also takes you out of the app and sends you to a website. This is a complete waste of time. This app is useless. It also doesn't have a widget for the home screen.
