DO NOT USE for renewing documents. App is no good with saving, downloading or sending info. (Recipient will NEVER receive) App is only good for viewing cases that are pending, active or inactive. Viewing all parties involved. Viewing upcoming benefit deposit dates (however not passed one month, into the future) & viewing renewal dates. App refuses to load with Mobile Data. App only cooperates with Wi-Fi.

Absolutely awful app. The app is prone to freezing, and it's super weird that you can't upload a PDF for your pay stub information, so I'm stuck trying to find a way to convert it to PNG or another format that's accepted.

You submit documents and nobody even checks them, and then they say they never got the information, but it's in clear view on my end.
