Even with the latest updates, the app is still very user-friendly and reliable information is readily available. Very easy to page through and the built-in time-out security feature is a definite plus. Love how I can communicate with my caseworker through the app. The app also saves a lot of time Vs. paperwork!

My compass is so helpful. You can see all your cases. Get messages and reminders to reapply. Upload documents. It's very computer friendly.

Sent all items needed for verification through the app for my application. I was messaged that I was denied because they never received my verification documents, as the reason? The app showed them as downloaded and accepted. I'm not happy. Wish I wouldn't have downloaded this thinking it would be easier. This app, literally, lost me my benefits. Update: What good is an apology? You lost me my benefits. Fix it. Others have had the same issue. DO NOT USE THIS APP!! IT DOES NOT WORK!!

I feel like I upload paper work and letters constantly. And yet they are not received or possible just not read. It's confusing Wren applying for anything. I used to live this app. I feel like nothing gets done. I think they need to hire more people for the state and federal offices. I feel they are just overwhelmed. The app can only do so much.

The app is slow, crashes often, and is unreliable. My biggest concern is that uploaded documents frequently disappear, which directly threatens your eligibility for benefits. TIP TO USERS: Take screenshots of everything—especially renewal screens and upload confirmations with the date visible. If the app glitches and your files vanish, you’ll need those screenshots to fight for your benefits. Developers must fix these bugs!
