Even with the latest updates, the app is still very user-friendly and reliable information is readily available. Very easy to page through and the built-in time-out security feature is a definite plus. Love how I can communicate with my caseworker through the app. The app also saves a lot of time Vs. paperwork!

What a joke login and it literally takes u to the online website u night be able to upload documents, but they will almost be certainly overlooked

You do realize I can not use this app anymore, because it wants me update, and erase two apps that are needed. Now I can not download this app on a new phone, because it needs all new info but do you keep updating this app? Everything worked just fine a month back, when you updated it. Every few months, just to make someone buy a new phone that can support this app, or they have to delete everything on their phone just to update this app. Now I can not send in what is needed.

Sent all items needed for verification through the app for my application. I was messaged that I was denied because they never received my verification documents, as the reason? The app showed them as downloaded and accepted. I'm not happy. Wish I wouldn't have downloaded this thinking it would be easier. This app, literally, lost me my benefits. Update: What good is an apology? You lost me my benefits. Fix it. Others have had the same issue. DO NOT USE THIS APP!! IT DOES NOT WORK!!
