It's ready to use except mixed messages and applying for benefits with no reason. Where to apply. Compass app. Or just the website. My benefits are good until 2027, but they aren't? Otherwise the app is great and easy to use ! Upload documents. Just take a screenshot and upload easy as pie.

The website sucks and so does the app. Every time I try to update to report a change it says it's unavailable, or the website has an error.

They should allow NEGATIVE star ratings! Seems I'm not the only one having BAD EXPERIENCES w this USELESS APP!! WASTED SO MUCH TIME uploading required documents for a renewal/approval for emergency assistance from unexpected financial hardship... Only to be REPEATEDLY TIMED OUT—WHILE ACTIVELY ENGAGED in the app! A HUGE WASTE of VITAL TIME & EFFORTS! Never received my phone interview for said renewal / approval. Safe to assume this HORRIBLE APP is the culprit. As if I don't have enough issues!!

DO NOT USE for renewing documents. App is no good with saving, downloading or sending info. (Recipient will NEVER receive) App is only good for viewing cases that are pending, active or inactive. Viewing all parties involved. Viewing upcoming benefit deposit dates (however not passed one month, into the future) & viewing renewal dates. App refuses to load with Mobile Data. App only cooperates with Wi-Fi.
