It took me several denials for paperwork that was dropped off @ CPA CO, and they tell me they didn't get it, so I get a 📱 call telling me to send documents by 🧭 why didn't they tell me in the first place 🤦🏾

Even with the latest updates, the app is still very user-friendly and reliable information is readily available. Very easy to page through and the built-in time-out security feature is a definite plus. Love how I can communicate with my caseworker through the app. The app also saves a lot of time Vs. paperwork!

Sent all items needed for verification through the app for my application. I was messaged that I was denied because they never received my verification documents, as the reason? The app showed them as downloaded and accepted. I'm not happy. Wish I wouldn't have downloaded this thinking it would be easier. This app, literally, lost me my benefits. Update: What good is an apology? You lost me my benefits. Fix it. Others have had the same issue. DO NOT USE THIS APP!! IT DOES NOT WORK!!

The app is fine, but my worker is the worst person I've ever met, taking food from my family's mouths just because they can, literally nothing at all changed on my review but going on 2 weeks just ignoring me.

What a joke login and it literally takes u to the online website u night be able to upload documents, but they will almost be certainly overlooked
