Constantly being told login information is incorrect. Tried to register but account not found. Yet, you could pay each month. There's no reason I should need a separate login for My ADT and ADT Control. You really need to streamline the service.

Steer clear folks get your security needs elsewhere. They will add hidden costs onto your contract (not seen). When my service agreement is over I will be going elsewhere. Shady business practices not welcome! Attaching riders after the contract has been signed to benefit yourselves should be outlawed! You're the ones who we protect ourselves from! Thieves and barbarians!

ADT are criminals using hurricane Ian with low battery scam. In areas not affected by power outages in Tampa Jacksonville Miami etc. In 32207 our ADT security panel will not arm or disarm. Until we purchase a battery from them. It takes 3-5 business days. They're making our homes vulnerable to theives without security. File a Federal Trade Commission complaint (ftc.gov) Federal Communication Commission complaint (fcc.gov) and FBI (ic3.gov) Google wont post

The worst customer service ever! I was on hold for over an hour, not that big of a deal. The first lady I spoke to had good English and gathered my info quickly. She didn't explain why she was transferring me or to who she transferred me to, I was just transferred. The next lady had a thick accent I could barely understand. She asked me the name on the account, I provided it earlier, asked why I was calling today and if I had ADT. I got mad and yelled I wanted to cancel ADT, and she hung up ...
