The app is ok to check flight timings but I cannot book the flight with my member ID! I just registered and obtained an ID, but when I book a flight with the ID, the app keeps telling me 'invalid ID'. So now I had to buy the tickets without my ID so it's not showing my flight bookings in the app! How inconvenient! Even tried adding booking number at manage booking, but it opens chrome to update. Feels like a useless app. Basically i don't earn points via my current bookings. 😡😡

It's sadly not even a surprise that an app for a Malaysian airline is buggy and laggy. But it's 2023, and it's not rocket science to make a simple form filling app.
