App is pretty simple to use. When I had called customer service for assistance it didn't take long for me, and I got the help I needed. Only thing is that the biometric login doesn't work all the time and is bugged. And I had a hard time finding my rewards' redemption history to show.

This is the worst app I have ever used. It will not accept a correctly entered password that Apex has previously verified. Clicking on Forgot My Password takes you to a rolling calendar that makes it impossible to enter your date of birth. You cannot enter it numerically. So far, Apex has not responded to complaints about these problems. So if you get an Apex card, be prepared to call their customer service each month and pay your bill the old-fashioned way. Ridiculous.

If I could rate 0/10 I would. The biometric (fingerprint) login option doesn't work. It doesn't even recognize that you have touched the sensor. Then, you have the alternate option of "use pattern"(Android) which gets you to the login in screen, where you still have to type your password. This is a trash app.

I love having the option for my fingerprint to log me in only for it to never work, and I have to type in my password every single time. This is a terrible app, and I refuse to use my credit card because of how bad this app is.
