Great app, and very user-friendly! I can easily log in and answer my security question, it's a great security feature. I like being able to pay for my bill via the app and also choose any upgrades if I'm interested. An easy five stars!

This app is garbage! Every time I try to pay my bill the app will not accept my payment. Despite almost having a monopoly on cable/internet in the Toledo area Buckeye has invested $0 in the development of a functioning app. Every time I call in I am instructed to delete the app and reinstall it, and it works 1/3 of the time the other 2 I need to call and submit my payment through the call center. Don't download this app just call in and pay to save yourself the headache.

The app doesn't work again, the app takes me back to my login anytime I log in. I can't use the app.

I sign in on my phone, and it asks me for the answer to a security question, but there's no question. This needs to be fixed ASAP. I can't pay my bill without it
