Like most other reviewers, I am using this app because my bank changed ownership and so it was a requirement to move my credit card to My Card. Although this transition was inconvenient, it was not due to any fault of My Card or NAB. I found the whole process to be simple and painless. The app was easy to set up, it works reliably with no crashes, it does everything I need it to do including accessing statements, card details etc. Also, I find making repayments via Bpay is no big deal.

I wanted app on my iPad, but it went to my phone….and won’t go to my iPad! Useless BUT. My friend has shown my how QUICK and easy it is on the phone

Like others, we were forced onto this app due to Suncorp selling their credit card service to NAB. When we found out, we spent our points on grocery gift cards & opened a Bank Australia (non shareholder bank) account. Opened more of the accounts we held with suncorp, redirected all our bpay/rent payments/salary, & promptly closed all suncorp accounts. Currently applying for a new credit card, then cancelling this dreadful account. Horrible app, not what we applied for. Good job Suncorp 👏

Stay away!!!! After being with Citibank for 20+ years and never in default, they sneakily changed my fixed annual card fee from a $149 to $300 WITHOUT notifying me of the change. According to my card the change of fee was done last year by Citibank (I must have missed it as my mother was terminally ill at that time) and my Card of course are unwilling to change it back, blaming citi. I will be investigating this and advising ACCC of this as it is in fact illegal practice.
