Like most other reviewers, I am using this app because my bank changed ownership and so it was a requirement to move my credit card to My Card. Although this transition was inconvenient, it was not due to any fault of My Card or NAB. I found the whole process to be simple and painless. The app was easy to set up, it works reliably with no crashes, it does everything I need it to do including accessing statements, card details etc. Also, I find making repayments via Bpay is no big deal.

Stay away!!!! After being with Citibank for 20+ years and never in default, they sneakily changed my fixed annual card fee from a $149 to $300 WITHOUT notifying me of the change. According to my card the change of fee was done last year by Citibank (I must have missed it as my mother was terminally ill at that time) and my Card of course are unwilling to change it back, blaming citi. I will be investigating this and advising ACCC of this as it is in fact illegal practice.

The app itself is fine, it works. But NAB should be ashamed of offering such an utterly undercooked service. I didn't have a choice of moving onto this service. To pay it off I have to use BPay, last millennium's technology, when every other bank uses PayID. Takes days to clear. I can't actually see when I've put money on the credit card, those transfers don't show up in the transaction list. I had been considering moving my home loan to NAB, no chance now after this experience.

My previous credit card (Suncorp Clear Options) was transitioned to this product. The inability to have it in the same app as a transaction account for instant transfers, and therefore to be forced to use ultra-slow Bpay to top up / repay the card has caused undue stress on multiple occasions. And no, it also doesn't work for me to have an auto direct debit - neither available option works for me. As soon as possible, I'll be getting a more user-friendly credit card with a different bank.
