Useless updated app!!! There was nothing wrong with the previous App, so why have you denied access??? Your failure to effectively supply information to customers about how to get an email with a QR code has been very poor!! Effectively can't access my banking details or conduct mobile banking with the New NAB Connect App. Very poor effort NAB

NAB no longer supports my phone Samsung Galaxy S8, software 9, and closing banks nearby, yay!

When you try to set up the account it says click on the email and use option 1, but you haven't emailed me. Absolutely useless, you want people to use digital banking because you are closing down the branches, but you make it impossible to set up the internet phone banking.
