Works well except for PDF statements. You cannot zoom them, so they are hard to read on a phone. I have to Share them on Google Drive and can then zoom.

Never works. I can't log in. I tried uninstalling, reinstalling, clearing cache/memory. Just keeps saying "something went wrong". EDIT. THIS FIXED THE ISSUE. Chrome was disabled.thanks

Unable to create Coles Account to link my credit card since I have only oversea phone number. I called the support service number, they are just reiterating that you need local phone number but not providing solutions. I am unable to log in to see my statements. Writing to their service team also is not helpful, they send you to their process, that does not work for people living overseas that don't have Australian phone number. I see incompetence and no one is taking ownership to assist. HELPLESS

I worked out the problem. My coles personal Account information must be crossing with my NAB per personal account information. This what hsppand when I had a citi bank account when they took over the Coles Card too. That's why I can't sign in on the coles app back then also.

How much is still owing from the total statement amount!? The old app showed the minimum repayment due, but also the statement total. It showed how much of the statement total was still outstanding, which updated to account for any partial payments made. It no longer does. This 100% will cause people to miss paying the full statement unintentionally and result in interest being charged. This feels intentional and a way of scamming people. I won't be renewing my card.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
