Once you get used to operating it, Easy Tap is really easy to use. It's great to use for taking credit card payments anywhere. There are some downsides. First, it was pretty hard navigating NAB to get setup in the first place, and second, there are some credit cards that refuse to be read. Fortunately, not many like that. All phone to phone payments work flawlessly. Finally, it's bizarre that a financial institution makes an app that does not have the ability to extract a financial report!

Made a huge difference to our new business. Itemized billing control integrated POS payment acceptance on android phones+ viewing sale & item stat reports are blessing to new small business. Hope app available on apple phone too soon. One bug-when navigating "Tender list" of specific period>click on specific tender & press back button, it returns to "Reports" tab showing all periods rather than specific period originally selected. Download reports via nab connect is also cool. EFTPOS integration?

NAB DO NOT offered this service to Hire Car / Limousine Services with a Booking Service Provider Number So to say you can take payments on the go is false advertising. Even your Branch staff should not falsely advertise that this would be perfect for an on the move business. According to phone registration, NAB have decided to block all Point to Point Driver services from utilizing this product.

It doesn't work, I changed my phone thinking my phone is the issue. I get the same error "system error 96". Called NAB to sort out the issue. They kept transferring me to different departments and told me someone will call back. No one has called me yet. If it has worked for someone else or someone knows what the issue is please help.

Since the last major update. The GST doesn't apply to invoices even when the gst is turned on to default, but it will add it to the immediate sales if you take payment straightaway. You have to remember to apply manually when setting up every new item but only if invoicing the client. The support team is no help at all.

Absolutely stupid app. So the other nab phone app doesn't work anymore. Installed this one go to sign in doesn't accept my email or password. Go to forgot password and doesn't even send me a code to my email... haha why ask me if my email is correct. Absolutely hopeless. Can't even log into my other online banking as uninstalled the one that you're trying to tell everyone thier phones are no longer compatible. Monday of to nab Branch to close my account and use my other very reliable bank
