★★★★★
I've tried so many different fitness apps and this one is by far my favorite. The workout programs are amazing, and each move has a video explanation on form! It's well worth the money to pay for the VIP membership.
★★★★★
Literally is the PT in your pocket, the app has all the workouts you need, nutrition guidance, check ins, how to videos and then the support from Lucy & Ben along the way. You won't be disappointed
★★☆☆☆
Would have liked to be able to use MCS but every time I opened the app or tried to enrol on a workout program/start a workout, it would eventually crash. Couldn't log workouts, recipes caused the app to crash too. Such a shame because all the features look great. Stopped my free 7-day membership early because I just couldn't use anything in the app, I would probably give it another go if the developers are able to make it work properly.
★★☆☆☆
Amazing programs, but sadly I cannot connect by runs with Strata, despite me trying to get in touch with the support. It would be a great app otherwise, but I do lots of runs and this impacts by logging
★★☆☆☆
Very disappointed that I couldn't see my workout program for nearly 2 weeks. I had to keep resetting my password with no luck. Ended up loosing all my progress! The app obviously needs some work and communication needs to be much better when customers face problems. The training program its self was very good, it's juts very frustrating that I couldn't finish the course.
★★☆☆☆
I love the content, but I can't access a workout without it crashing. I have to restart and log in multiple times which is a real shame. I also wish althe rest timer would set automatically or at least remember the same rest period for one set. I'm on the basic membership now but before the app was paying. Not sure whether to go back to paying because the app is frustrating me! Do love the content and Ben and Lucy though!
