Cant register my service. Need an account number to sign in. Wasn't given an account number by the technician when my service was set up. So how do I complete registration and access my internet service?

Underdeveloped app. The description shows features that I wish were actually available. The only things you can do after signing in are pay your bill, manage alerts for your bill, and download your bill statement. I want to see the data usage per cycle to better track who's using my Internet.
