One of the worst online banking apps I've ever seen. Very unstable, unreliable not user-friendly... Always popping error messages for any transaction👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Unstable can't even consult the app. Message showing yur session expired please try again. But how many times should I try? Please make some effort. We did not have this kind of issues with SC, so be better

I normally don't rate apps, but for a bank this size? This is abysmal. Please ask the Nigerian banks how they do it. Even banks less than 10 times your size jhave efficiency apps will easy mode of transaction. The consistent lags and sign ins like 10 times don't make sense
