Comments on MyCostaMesa for Android

★★★★★ A Google user · Oct 10, 2018

Very helpful. Glad to have it available.

★★★★☆ Diane Cowan · Jul 26, 2022

I haven't had any issues reporting graffiti, homeless and shopping carts.

★★☆☆☆ Tacoma Jo · Mar 31, 2022

App needs some work. Unable to attach photos to issues on android phone.

★★☆☆☆ Luke · Dec 29, 2023

I applaud the efforts to have an app, but Costa Mesa needs a better vendor. There should be a multiple vendor search to find the best service provider on Android and iOS. This app regularly freezes, doesn't upload photos, and doesn't notify updates. Also, if the person on the city end realizes that something was reported in the wrong category, it would help if they referred it to the appropriate dept. No app updated since July 2022 :-\

Trying to let you guys know about a pothole that needs affixing'. Please fix your app ... and the pothole on the Southwest corner of Sunflower and Bear!

★☆☆☆☆ B Friedland · Sep 6, 2018

Can't refine the location. Whatever GPS says is what is used for location. No emails are sent out confirming a complaint nor is one sent out after it closes. These needs work.
