Can't refine the location. Whatever GPS says is what is used for location. No emails are sent out confirming a complaint nor is one sent out after it closes. These needs work.

I applaud the efforts to have an app, but Costa Mesa needs a better vendor. There should be a multiple vendor search to find the best service provider on Android and iOS. This app regularly freezes, doesn't upload photos, and doesn't notify updates. Also, if the person on the city end realizes that something was reported in the wrong category, it would help if they referred it to the appropriate dept. No app updated since July 2022 :⁠-⁠\
