I love the convenience of this app. When someone is at the gate, and they call me from the video intercom or the QR code, I receive the call on my app. I see and hear the person on the other end and can then trigger the door to let them in.

What a great concept. Genius! This is such a fantastic app. Now I can see and interact with my guests before I buzz them into the apartment building. I'm safety conscious and this really gives my family peace of mind with so many people coming and going. I'm so happy to have this app and feel my family is now more secure because of it.

If you are considering using a door access system that requires this app, I strongly recommend you look for another vendor. This app does not work. We have been unable to lock our doors, let in guests, receive deliveries, use pin codes or use the doorbell function for many months. We have just received another email asking us to uninstall and reinstall the app. It's extremely frustrating and unsafe to not be able to open and securely lock the place where you reside.

Although, I am impressed with their efforts to fix something that has never worked. I would not be writing this if I were impressed with their success. Every couple of days I am told to delete the app and then reinstall it. I am assured it will work. It never does.

MyDoorView was installed in my apartment building earlier this year. The smart intercom stopped working after a couple of months. In the middle of December the smart intercom resumed working but after a couple of days it broke down again. Also, the proximity tag is not always working. I have to tap it many times to open the door. Sometimes I simply use the key. Overall this technology is unreliable.
