Absolutely useless...tells me my package is in their delivery center....but despite paying import tax, duty, still no notice of delivery date and despite app telling me it has my parcel it says that it doesn't recognize my parcel number. This is not my first problem with this company. My last parcel from UK basically went all around Portugal ...got within 8 kilometers of my house according to Royal Mail tracking, yet the pickup point said they had no record of my parcel. It ended up in UK.

Wost experience so far with a transport firm. The app does not reflect the reality (difference in days). Follows the bad quality of the overall service and help to understand where and when the parcels will be delivered.
