The myDPD app offers you a wide range of useful functions. ● Directing parcels: you decide when and where we deliver your shipment. If you aren't at home, we can, for example, deposit your parcel behind your garage, leave it for you to collect from a Pickup parcelshop, or deliver it to a different address or on a different day. ● Tracking parcels: Live-Tracking shows you exactly where your parcel is at any given time. ● Finding a parcelshop: it's easy to find parcelshops in your neighbourhood. The app takes your current location and uses the relevant criteria to filter the search. ● Managing parcels: the practical overview helps you to manage your parcels and shows you the current status of your shipments at any time, together with other details. Information about parcels already delivered is automatically stored in your archive and can be referred to at a later stage. ● Access anywhere and at any time: register for an account and you will be able to check on the current status of your parcels at any time and from any location.

Worst delivery service I've ever met. They don't call you, just tell that you were not at home, but I was. They provide link to their site which gives 404. And the app. You can't register normally

Absolutely useless...tells me my package is in their delivery center....but despite paying import tax, duty, still no notice of delivery date and despite app telling me it has my parcel it says that it doesn't recognize my parcel number. This is not my first problem with this company. My last parcel from UK basically went all around Portugal ...got within 8 kilometers of my house according to Royal Mail tracking, yet the pickup point said they had no record of my parcel. It ended up in UK.

Wost experience so far with a transport firm. The app does not reflect the reality (difference in days). Follows the bad quality of the overall service and help to understand where and when the parcels will be delivered.
