For God's sake, don't recharge your electricity or gas card through the My Fawry app. The money is deducted from your bank card immediately, but the recharge is never loaded onto the electricity or gas card, This happened to me personally. I filed a complaint, but it was pointless. All they do is tell you to contact the electricity company, without offering any real solution. Many other people have experienced the exact same issue.

After the Update nothing works not fawry pat nor The mobile recharge services. That's what I tried to use so far please fix ASAP

Terrible experience with card registration. Fawry keeps taking authorization fees from my Meeza card but never completes the registration. My bank confirmed 3D Secure is active, so the problem is clearly on Fawry's side. This is basically stealing authorization holds without providing the service. I'm stuck and can't pay my bills. I expect a refund and a fix ASAP. No one from support has reached out despite multiple attempts
