Whenever I make payments it's being deducted from my bank even if payment fails specially for bill payments I'm not trusting fawry any more bad experience never stops and cs is not helping to ask to speak to the service provider and the service provider ask to speak to fawry keep going in a loop because of this cheap app.

I would like to file a formal complaint regarding the unprofessional and discriminatory treatment I experienced at the Beni Mizar branch while receiving my Yellow Card and signing the installment agreement. Despite my application being approved, I was treated disrespectfully by a branch employee, and my application was later unfairly rejected by the branch manager as a favor to the employee involved.

This app is extremely slow, its options are outdated, its updates are tedious, and its operation is completely clunky. I absolutely do not recommend it due to its weak system.
