WORST DOCTOR Dr. MANIT ARORA I HAVE EVER SEEN. NEVER SEES THE PATIENTS PERSONALLY AND TELLS THAT THE TEAM (OF NEWcOMERS) WILL SEE THE CASE. I HAD TRAUMATIC ACCIDENT IN THE FORTIS HOSPITAL MOHALI ITSELF, AND I CAME FROM 4 HOURS AWAY, HE DID NOT CONSULT ON THE SAME DAY NEITHER THE OTHER DAY WE CAME WITH THE REPORTS.WORST DOCTOR. NOT WORTHY OF EVEN 1 STAR. HE NEVER SEES THE PATIENTS AND TELLS HIS TEAM (OF KIDS) TO GO THROUGH THE CASE AND LOOK AT THE PATIENT.

Impossible to get appointments for some services. They are not available for booking on the app, and on calling the helpline they just tell you that you will receive a callback from the team that can book your appointment, but they never call back. What is the point of the app if all appointments can't be booked here. And what is the point of the helpline if they can't help you book appointments. Very bad experience, expected better from a big name like Fortis.
