They replaced my roof after high winds ripped shingles off. The roof was 22 years old ($100) deductible. My agent is a professional gentleman and is a good actor or concerned about his clients well-being. No cute advertising from Grange their money goes where it counts. 4 friends of mine have changed to Grange. Sf. insurance had to be taken to court when an illegal immigrant no insurance totaled her car, 1 month hospital, 15 months rehab for neck and shoulder injuries. Lawyers got her money.

Everyone I try to make a payment on this app it has issues not accepting payment after clicking authorize. It shows incorrect policy info with expired policies and not the current policy. Please fix it!! It is frustrating enough I just call to make payments now

Cannot sign in. First use, manually typing in long, secure passwords with various special characters hard to find on mobile keyboard. Typed characters turn to **** with no option to show password, so multiple failed attempts. Then finally get password typed in and saved by Google but app has timed out and refreshed to "login." Now can't get beyond "Login" screen. Tap login button. Screen refreshes to Log in. Rinse repeat. Uninstall. Reinstall. Repeat. Can I set up auto-pay?
