What a POS! I have ONLY used Jiffy Lube for years but the app says they have no record of my car in their national database. Even after I put in the VIN they have no record. Although when I go to my local jiffy lube THEY have all of my service history! I'd say give this POS a miss.

App don't work. I can't log in, says my email is invalid no matter what i use. Plus, there's no way to get help with it. No contact # or email. Thank goodness the oil change isn't as bad as this app.
