I've had this app for over a year and have been 100% happy with it. Just recently I logged in and all I can get access go is messages and rewards. I can't get any of my information, no access to my claims or pharmacy info. Is this a technical error, or should I be contacting MD Wise? Thank you

My Medicaid auction is MD wise it's a really good health insurance to have a pretty much covers everything medication hospital stays visits doctor visits no co-pay and I haven't had to pay any co-payments and over 4 years because of the COVID-19 that has been going on supposedly. But anyhow it's a great insurance health insurance plan to have no out pocket expense and if it's a true emergency visit it's covered also and so are your stays in the hospital and your visits to the doctors as well

The app was just fine before the big update and now instead of everything being in the app it sends you to web pages outside the app. Kind of defeats the purpose of having an app at all.

No matter what you do you can't create an account or log in with an account, someone needs to fix this app or get rid of it
