I had several issues with trying to register an account from within the Android version and was able, eventually, to create an account on an Apple iOS device. I think there is a problem with the system placing spaces after you have typed in some of the info so check that there aren't any lurking. The calendar will let you go straight to your chosen year by tapping on the current year display. Create your own short 8-character password rather than letting your phone create one. Good luck!

The tram ride was peaceful and smooth. The clean, well-maintained carriages made for a comfortable journey. A pleasant surprise was the free morning newspaper, perfect for catching up on the news. It's ridiculous that you still can't buy a one-way ticket in the app. This app should be the easiest way to buy any type of tickets and needs to catch up.

The fact that your app has issues with notifications is annoying especially since requesting email updates is almost non-existent. Might want to fix that. Also DO NOT appreciate having to re-enter my card details to purchase my tickets especially when the tram is arriving, and you've already proven I can't trust you to buy my tickets early especially since you cannot be bothered to notify via email when there is a disruption. FIX YOUR APP AND ACTUALLY NOTIFY THOSE THAT SUBMIT THEIR EMAILS
