I’ve had a very good experience with the NX Bus ticket app. It makes buying and managing bus tickets quick and convenient, and the process is straightforward. EMERGENCY APP UPDATE HAS FIXED ISSUES. If you cannot get the app to load, and it says "Pease update Operating System to continue" then update the APP not your OS. This is now fixed, but I cannot say for how long.

Connection issue cause app to purchase two tickets instead of one. Found out there is no way to cancel or refund the unused ticket

'Operating system update required' I cannot open the app. A message about requiring an OS update appears, stating it can be dismissed, but there is no option to do so. My phone is already fully up to date on a supported version of Android. I cannot use my stored ticked and had to buy another with contactless to get on the bus
