From all the similar shipping apps, this is the worst. Decided to book a container from my phone, bcs website not optimized for mobile at all, I downloaded app, for the first 5 min I just can't log in, cause app always freeze even I have new brand phone with good Wi-Fi. Next by quote start to make booking and from very start where need to fill pre-carriage instruction there was an error, that I didn't fill something... Main thing for customers to have a comfortable app/web, but msc don't care.

Third class app website tracks container but application can't. I don't know How this company become bigger than maersk. Maersk is superb company. We will never do business with this msc company in the future.
