Mynd management app, Is a great way for you to keep track of your finances and take care of home repairs; while you work and on the go! Why you at work you can be the supervisor of your own home! It's like monitoring and being security of your own! And where you can have a handyman at your service; treating you just like one of the neighbors. Mynd is a HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE company that has been trying to pin my father's expenses on living in an apartment we were once on the lease together with. I did not sign a new lease in the November 2020, and he lived their rent-free due to the moratorium. They don't have any information on how to get hold of him, but they have sent me endless a email, no matter how much I email them back or try to contact them. I have proof that I did not sign a lease, but they harass me constantly. Just hideous!

Useless notifications. Annoying AI bot. It is incredibly annoying that you get notifications to pay rent when you have 3 months worth of credit of rent on your account. Also trying to get to a human through the app is freaking impossible. The answers that the AI chatbot provides sometimes conflicts with the information that you get from the staff once you get through to them. I really hate the company as they've been horrible property Management and I really hate their app. Avoid both!
