The app is very useful for residents. Responses from Mynd staff are always so quick and helpful. The Mynd app is also a great way to quickly pay rent easily. This app definitely helps to rent through Mynd enjoyable and simple.

Horrible. Incorrect information displayed and not corrected. AI chat is infuriating, wastes my time, and is ineffective. The worst insult is that I'm forced to pay $58 per month for the "Resident Benefits Package" AKA, primarily this application and the company behind it. You've got to pay extra for the frustrating experience of paying your rent!

Mynd is a HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE company that has been trying to pin my father's expenses on living in an apartment we were once on the lease together with. I did not sign a new lease in the November 2020, and he lived their rent-free due to the moratorium. They don't have any information on how to get hold of him, but they have sent me endless a email, no matter how much I email them back or try to contact them. I have proof that I did not sign a lease, but they harass me constantly. Just hideous!

Do NOT do business with this company. If you have an issue, they will hang you out to dry. My AC has been broken for two weeks, and they have stopped replying to my inquiries after the AC tech failed to show up for the appointments I scheduled with them. It's almost 90 degrees here, and I have a dog at home that I am very worried about. If you do business with this company, expect to be abandoned with no way to contact the actual property owner.
