Description by Arketa Fitness (from Google Play)

Through our performance, functional training equipment, proprietary workout regimen, Method+, and online training platform, StudioM, MYOKORE is able to unlock the most exercise movements of any competitor. MYOKORE activates the entire muscle in a single workout by targeting the large skeletal muscles down to the small twitch fibers via Method+ and then tracks progress and performance based on fitness goals and in-app biometrics.
