One of the properties I have on the app shows a map for who knows where, while the others show the appropriate location. There is no way to interact with chat because the fields to enter information or behind some of the Android function fields. So it's pretty much useless. Otherwise, it's incredibly handy to have text messages telling you when the power goes out on locations that you need to have monitored.

I don't know why everybody's complaining about this app It actually works 99.9% of the time If I have an outage at my home I sign into this app and report the outage at my home, and they give me an update within 2 minutes or less They send me a text tell me the estimated ETA when do the electricity should be back on and their ETA time frame is pretty accurate So all the other negative 1 star 2-star people who give this rating to they don't know what you're talking about I'm being honest here

App used to work. Sadly, it hasn't worked in at least a year. When trying to add a property, it claims it's the wrong service provider. It's not. Do better, On cor. The concept is great, if only it worked.

App will not load and keeps crashing at the profile screen

3 hours prior to downloading this app, my wife called and reported our power was out. She spoke to a live operator who said the power would be restored within 2.5 hours. After that time had passed, I downloaded the app and checked to see the status of our outage. After typing in my address, the app reported back that "On cor was unaware of any outage in my area. Do I want to report an outage? " POWER REMAINS OFF. APP IS HIGHLY INACCURATE AND UNRELIABLE.
