App is basic but functional for keeping track of balance and spending. the low balance and added funds notifications don't seem to work even though I've checked they are enabled in app and app permissions. hitting forgot password accidentally instead of login appears to wipe the app passwords and requires a complete reset so take care with buttons when logging in...

Honestly the customer service is so disappointing and really hard to reach considering you're trying to get help with your own money. The transfers take 4 days even though the website says same business day. Would not recommend if you have an emergency.

I was a customer since it was orange, I was always sent a new card every year up till now even though they sent me email saying new card on it's way. No card came sent them an email asking about new card was told new one in post 20 days later no card asked what happened to new card and was told I need to send id ( why do I need to send id if I get new card every year because I use it all the time) I told them that if I have to send id I will go to a new company so close my account so they closed it then a week later I get a new card that doesn't work ANOTHER DUMB COMPANY EMPLOYEES
