App works first time every time. Personally I would like to see the refresh time lowered from a minute to say 30 seconds to help give an estimate on what an appliance draws. Also like the suggestion that it would be helpful to be able to input your feed-in tarrif. Otherwise, very happy with the app and the system in general.

Good app that gives all the info you need on a phone. Crashes sometimes when you open it but clearing your cache gets it running again. Web portal can give much more info, and if you ask Red back to enable analysis is absolutely awesome data. I am very happy with the Red back Hybrid Inverter after a years use. Great in a power outage. As an electrician, I highly recommend Red back as a hybrid battery/solar solution.

Red back Support is non-existent. I have left several messages recently asking for support all of which went unanswered. It now appears the issues I was experiencing (Wi-Fi connection lost) were at Red back's end not mine. Had they bothered to contact me it could have saved me hours of pointless troubleshooting my system when it was their issue all along? I suggest you choose an inverter made by a Company that actually looks after and cares about their Customers because Red back clearly don't.

Have reported to installer who logged a report with Red back 5 days ago and no reply. Dashboard is not loading, nothing wrong my end, but I cannot see how the battery is charging or not. Good wee app working fine so has nothing to do with my end but phone call to Red back and pressed for "customer" and recording told me to contact installer which I have done, and they don't reply to installer!! Hire some staff members to problem-solve with customers!
