I am unable to get the inverter connected to the cloud via home Wi-Fi. The signal from the inverter is STRONG, the signat from my home Wi-Fi is STRONG. When connected to the inverter Wi-Fi the inverter cannot find another Wi-Fi after it scans. Every now and again when running this app I am told I am connected to the cloud. How? I doesn't know the Wi-Fi password & the graphic has an x through the Wi-Fi / cloud icons. Have now been trying for two weeks to get a call back from red back, not a peep.

Why the heck do I have to sign in every fricking time with name and password? This borders on stupid. I leave the app, open again some hours later and have to sign in again! No option to remember password info. This thing sucks. Why the need for password anyway, it just reflects data on my system, so why the obtuse security inclusion? Ridiculous to the max.
