Is there any My Republic mobile app cos right now I can't activate my sim card I just got from my republic

Both my broadband and phone bill is linked to one account. Sometimes when I want to make bill payment via the app, tend to have issue where it's not showing the other. If my recent activity was paying for the broadband bill, the next time when I want to switch to phone, it's just not there. It states there can pull to refresh is noticed missing account, but sometimes it takes several tries to get that. And by several I mean throughout my working hours I have to keep checking on it and try.

My usual plan including Data Roaming in SEA region doesn't even work during my visit to KL Center area to meet my cousins, asked their customer service for help to fix the issue immediately so that I may call Grab rides, told me to buy additional plan to see if it works, said they'll waive if it fails. Not only does it solve nothing, they lied about the wavier and dare to charge me when I was stuck, even emailed them proof, and I got no reply nor refund. Changing Telecom service, good riddance.

Problematic app that does not update your plan and add-ons even after you've changed. Error encountered when trying to remove add-ons also. Believe I've lost some dollars in the past because of that. Further update: Very disappointing that My Republic Talk app will be discontinued. This is what happens with monopolies! Will be porting over to another telco eventually.

Rubbish network in Johor City square more. NO internet at all the entire day, even when the phone setting is following their suggested details. Reply: Your CS kept giving nonsense answers and rushing to close the chat.

Honestly getting bad to worse customer service don't seem to understand $6 --already cannot make payment via axs cos below 10 I have been trying to explain that after making payment by card it's now going back to merchant I keep explaining and even show shots of wat happen during transaction customer service don't seem to understand at all at last I say can I make payment of $12 on 25/11 he says later have payment he cannot waive?? I have been using this provider for years broadband too
