Description
myRideRTC Para gives RTC ADA certified customers the freedom to roam and get back home. Connect to shopping, social events, restaurants, medical appointments, hospitals, schools, jobs, and more.
Our official app empowers you to schedule, confirm, cancel, and view real-time estimated time of arrival for scheduled trips.
Enrollment
First-time users will need to enroll in the system to begin using the app. To enroll you will need to provide your RTC Paratransit ID #, date of birth, and email address (only one client can have the same email address on file). Once you submit, you will need to activate by clicking the link in the email from myRTCpara@rtcsnv.com sent to the email address provided.
Login
In order to log in, you will enter your client ID and password (created at the time of enrollment). If you happen to forget your password, please click on the “forgot your password” link under enrollment, and it will send you an email to recover your password.
Menu top left (three lines)
To book a new trip, you will need to enter a pick-up address, including unit (apt) # and telephone number of location; your destination address, including unit (apt) # and telephone number of location; and the date of the trip and the time you would like to be picked up or dropped off. Additional information will be requested, including if you need to bring mobility aids and if you would like to add any additional passengers on the trip. On the final screen, please verify the details of your trip request and confirm booking. You have now successfully booked your trip. Please follow the same procedures for any additional trips.
Trips- This will show all of your scheduled trips, and you may click on the trip to display the details, including a map with the location of your pickup and destination. You will be able to click “repeat trip” if you would like to schedule the same trip for another date or cancel the trip.
Trip History- This will display any past trips you took with RTC Paratransit service. Simply enter the date parameters by selecting the “to and from” dates you wish to search and click “fetch trips.”
Subscriptions- This will display any recurring trips that have been placed without having to schedule each time. For information on subscriptions, please contact RTC Customer Care at 702-228-4800.
My Profile- This will display your client-specific information and allow you to change your password, if needed.
Announcements- This will display a tutorial video on how to use myRTCpara and any other important notifications, as needed.
Help- This will display definitions of terms used for this application.
General Info- This will take you to the RTC ADA Paratransit webpage for information about the service.
Recent changes: New features, improvements, and bug fixes.

This app is very easy to navigate and understand. Very user-friendly. I also love how you can rate each driver. Most of the RTC para transit drivers are great, but every now and then, unfortunately, I encounter one that isn't. This app seems to add another layer of recognition for a job well done, and accountability for a job poorly done. It's also super secure with a 2 party identification system. Well done RTC!

WOULD BE A GOOD THING.YET IT IS NOT .UPDATE INFORMATION BY COMPANY. THEY HAVE REPLACED NAMES AND EMAILS TO NUMBERS TELL YOU, YOU NEVER PUT YR NAME ON APPLICATION YET GIVE YOU A ID W/ YR NAME. ACT LIKE YOU THE CLINT ARE STUPID TO COVER UP THEIR SHORT FALLS. AND THEIR ACTIONS ... SO YOUR INFORMATION IS COMPROMISED AND DATA IS BREACHED.ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF WHY THINGS NED TO BE LEFT ALONE

No big problems with app. Seems to work better than previous version. It's a problem that you can't make a reservation for ride after 6pm.

One month ago when myRideRTCPara were good for picking me up and dropping off every day at my work, everything was good until early April my ride didn't pick me up it wouldn't text or call me, and I called RTC three times now for complaints when RTC sent me a message of it saids delayed it took me over 40 mins before midnight

Its worst then the first app. It's been saying my bus will arrive momentarily, but that was over 40 minutes ago. Horrible!

I have tried many many many times to reset password so that I can log in in and make my own appointments for ride. Always gibe me error messages. I get two codes. Theen it says that the codes that I have received are invalid or expired. 30 seconds is n ot long enough for some people.
