MUST RESERVE 3 DAYS IN ADVANCE LIE ABOUT APPOINTMENT TIMES AND STILL YOU WILL BE PICKED UP AND DROPPED OFF UP TO TWO HOURS LATE OR THEY Won't SHOW, AT ALL.UNLESS YOU ARE MENTALLY ILL HANDICAPPED THAN YOU ARE A PIRORITY. The app worked great until the update around Memorial Day. Now I can't see the bus gps location in real time on the map. The arrival and departure times are not in sync with the actual movement of the bus as well. I have reported the issues through every channel but have yet to get a response on a solution

Very bad experience with it. Same problem over and over and over. I call about it, they tell me what to do and tell me they will take care of it but at another time, here it goes again. I am real tired if it.
