I usually take a long time to fall asleep, but when I put this on and imagine the random objects, I fall asleep before the 20 min session is over. And the voice is soft enough that it doesn't wake me back up while it's finishing up those 20 min.

Haven't had an issue since 07/2024 update. I have wicked insomnia, this helps more than 75% of the time. Some days the racing thoughts are just too strong for anything to work.

The concept of this app and the research behind it should make it a very effective sleep aid. So far I have found it helps me to clear my mind and fall to sleep. I should like to give five stars, but there are a few quirks. There seems to be no way to set a default play time different from the default 20 minutes. If you want a different play time, I like 30 minutes, it has to be manually set each time. Also, there seems to be no way to reset the session history except by clearing the app's data in Application Manager settings and this also clears your purchased and downloaded voice packs.

Was really good when I first got it but subsequent updates meant the words are just cycled, the space between words is less, the voice is more computer like now, and it's more frustrating than useful. It used to be great!

App stops playing a couple of minutes after the screen turns off. S10e Samsung phone. Worked really well when I kept the screen on, but that isn't good for the phone and the brightness in the room.
