This application has been very helpful due to the fact that my therapist moved to a different state. It's easy to use and works very well on Wi-Fi but not so much on a 4g network with full service. Nonetheless, it's great for being effective and free. I think it would be great if this app offered video therapy exclusive services for those who don't have the resources or the medical insurances available.

I've been using this for almost 2 years, and it has been sooo helpful. But I updated today (April 17th '22)because all my appointments were gone, and my therapist contact was gone. So I figured when it said bug fixes, that it would be resolved. NOPE. I'm extremely upset about it. It was a way for me to ensure I could check on my appointments.

Not able to log in with the pin I was given. Every time I requested a new pin, I receive a text with a text saying use this pin, yet no pin was sent with the text.
