We always feel confident about leaving our fur baby at Wag. She is happy & well taken care of. The facility is always clean & staff are sweet, professional and kind. It's awesome they are open 24 hours a day.

This app needs to be better tested before it forced it on people. We had services with wag hotel for 6 years and forcing this app has made it a frustrating experience. It is demanding spade and neuter status to book a reservation. But it does not allow users to update that status as it is grayed out. It requires to update statuses to book but the statuses required are not able to be updated due to bad app functionality Untested apps like this force customers to consider alternatives.

Constantly kicked out and logged out when navigating the app. Wouldn't be able to make a reservation on this app if I wanted to.

doesn't allow me to view the cam when I press on the cam logo it boots then need to sign in again

It logs me out. Makes it frustrating to check on my pet specially when I'm on a short break at work. And same when I'm trying to make reservations. I have to keep logging back in.
