Just give me a barcode. Don't hold my package hostage and ask for me to sign up to your app with my personal information.

Horrible experience. My parcel doesn't show up in the app, and the app itself provides absolutely no help either. They don't provide any support either, only redirects to the main distributor. Why even use an app for this? It's moronic. If you create a user after pickup is ready, bad luck, no package for you. The only recommendation is to NEVER accept a delivery to any Nærboks, it's a lot more trouble than any pickup service I've ever tried. Avoid Swipe in general it seems.
