The new version got worse. It is not as excat as v.2 and harder and slower to use.

The bus drivers in Reutlingen do not always accept the app tickets. Got
forced to by a second ticket, so paid twice. Waldo support however was very
friendly. That's why 4 stars

This year I am constantly getting "access token has expired" error when I try to buy a ticket. Any solution is appreciated. Thanks.

Dear Waldo, I live in Tübingen. I forgot today is a Saturday and bought a Tagesticket. Can I please get a refund? Thank you.

Terrible app. Ordinary tickets don't appear under the "tickets" page, and once you've finally managed to plan a journey and try to buy a ticket of the previously unlisted type, the app crashes when attempting to add a payment method.

Update: Doesn't show if buses are on strike. I now officially HATE THIS APP WITH PASSION. Thanks for wasting my time. Original: This app is so frustrating in so many ways. Putting in a payment method was a hastle. Buying a simple ticket is a hastle. Finding a route is a hastle. I don't get it. There are tonns of great ticket apps in the App Store. PLEASE take a look on how to make one!

This app is just terrible. It is slow, it suggests unrealistic connections and when looking for stations it never shows the ones you are actually looking for.
