Transactions unavailable. Since a recent update I am unable to view any transactions on my fixed term savings account. Tried everything but to no avail. Been using this app for years with no issues until now. Please look into this.

Hopeless app and bank transferred from a Sainsbury's account and still haven't even received a card their online app is laughable they use third party software to manage payments Pay it.I'd quite like to Pay it Natwest as you keep charging interest, but you don't have my bank on your wee list, so I can't, and I could just increase my minimum payments to pay it off, but there's no facility to change that either on your rotten app how does anyone deal with this lot? Anyone else it couldn't be easier.

Since the latest update, there is no way of paying in checks. I had great difficulty even getting into the app last night as it removed fingerprint login. The AI assistant claims I can update the app and if that doesn't work, my phone is incompatible, ie too old at 3 years. The widget function would be useful if it had the ability to pay in checks, but I don't use any of the features I allegedly use the most. Now having to drive 9 miles to pay in a check because you've closed so many branches
