Very easy to operate online banking & make payment. Silver Reward account gives excellent insurance & covers over 80 yo for £75 extra, where other companies can be tricky.

The wonderful Natwest app has logged me out completely rhis morning so whatever else I wanted to do today is cancelled, so I can get to my nearest branch and get it working again. UTTERLY USELESS GARBAGE!

App has been cleaned up slightly since the mess it became a while back. Still more convoluted than it needs to be, and I still get notifications 'received a payment' a couple of days after I pay my own credit card. Another notification to pay my credit card that takes me straight to make a payment when I already paid it 2 weeks ago. I would like the ability to hide/remove sections and ideally to reorder the available options.
