I've been with NatWest since 2003, and they've never let me down. I have my mortgage and savings with them, and over the years I've also had several loans other products. Their customer service has always been excellent, and I've found them fair, transparent, and easy to deal with. Their overdraft rates are reasonable, and unlike many banks, they don't seem overly focused on profit. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a reliable and customer focused bank.

Recent update to the app has changed how it times out the connection, which means when you reopen it after a period of activity, you are tricked into thinking it is an active session, but you go to view recent transactions, and it has an error, forcing you to exit and login. Just force login once timed out. It's driving me mad, so mad I question staying with Natwest after 20 years. Best app in business turned to mush.

Latest update has made this app absolutely unusable. There were already too many steps to make a transfer to another account or person but now it's so unintuitive. When clicking on an account to do a payment or transfer, you would expect that to be the account that you would be transferingfrom, but now for some reason it prepopulates that field with a random account which is incredibly frustrating. I have to quit the whole transaction and start again or go through about 7 clicks to change it back

Woeful, absolutely woeful. They want face biometrics, I give them biometrics and whenever I go to send money it doesn't work. End up deleting face biometrics and re add however can't do this the same day. Ridiculous. I will be switching from natwest. Terrible bank.
