Comments on NatWest Premier Black for Android

★★★★★ Rich K · Jun 1, 2022

Nice app, easy to navigate and got everything I need there.

★★★★★ David Cowell · Aug 1, 2019

With its fingerprint log-in the app makes accessing the non insurance related benefits much more convenient than the website. Being easier to access should enable people to take advantage of the ticket/holiday services - especially when out & about. Clean, bright and clear layout.

★★★★★ Suzanne Barltrop · Nov 28, 2022

I used this bank since 1974 I have also used others but return! I have used Ap Internet phone and visited my own bank in the 'old days' Still a great bank

★☆☆☆☆ Liam Manley · May 27, 2025

Useless app, unable to log in with details used for membership services on the website, getting a "not recognized" message.

★☆☆☆☆ Thomas Kaltenbrunner · Nov 27, 2023

Very poor app. Extremely slow. Sometimes you can't even login. Evennif you can the search functionality of the various rewards is so bad that the benefits are unusable. You cannot find any events holidays or other.

★☆☆☆☆ Gavin Findlayson · Nov 11, 2019

Awful...reset password, and now I can't even login to the app. Can log in through browser so clearly app is faulty. Another of the plethora of NatWest Apps that aren't linked to the main app. Awful customer experience. Moved to N26!

★☆☆☆☆ A Oxley · Apr 22, 2021

Can't use it at all. Won't let me log in - gives an error message related to platinum accounts. Can't sign up because it says my Black account is already registered. Phoned the assistance line, and they didn't understand - thought I couldn't figure out how to access my actual bank account through the main NatWest app. Pretty much useless as it currently stands.
