Does not have all prescriptions available in app Often. No support number in the app to call when needing to contact someone regarding prescription issues. Isn't that a requirement in California?

Even after registering online the app says it can't log in. And I had to register on the website instead of the app because the app would never work when you hit Confirm to register your info. What a joke of an app

Only perk is gives quick access to insurance card. App can't even pull up correct drug when I type in NDC, and I always get the "Error Unable to retrieve information at this time" code when trying to find cost, pharmacy for prescriptions.

Frustrating like their website. I can't get my prescription benefits or why a covered medicine was denied. Medicine cabinet has inaccurate information showing a denied prescription as current medication. Price list is way off. I can get a copy of my ID card, but that's the only good thing about this app.
