★★★★★ Anytime I have an issue it is always solved by turning the robot off then on again. I wish I didn't have to do that, or I'd give the app 5⭐. It's a good little vacuum and the app does a good job of showing me the map when the cycle is done or letting me know when my little guy is stuck.

★★★★★ Easy to follow. Had issue with manual drive connectivity. Turned off data and appears to have helped as suggested by AI to restore manual drive. Does it continue to map with manual in use?

★★★★★ We bought the D7 around 5 years ago, after we got a dog, and it's been fantastic. However, I recently discovered the Neato company closed about a year ago. This means the app no longer gets updates. Nevertheless, it continues working, so far, but I guess eventually I will need to buy a new robot.

★★★★★ Love the Bot D7. However, the app only works pretty well, and every 6 months or so, it decideds to stop doing its scheduled and just become a rock. I refresh the app and refresh its internet connection, and it comes back to life. Guess it wants more pay and attention and appreciation.
