Anytime I have an issue it is always solved by turning the robot off then on again. I wish I didn't have to do that, or I'd give the app 5⭐. It's a good little vacuum and the app does a good job of showing me the map when the cycle is done or letting me know when my little guy is stuck.

We bought the D7 around 5 years ago, after we got a dog, and it's been fantastic. However, I recently discovered the Neato company closed about a year ago. This means the app no longer gets updates. Nevertheless, it continues working, so far, but I guess eventually I will need to buy a new robot.

Love the Bot D7. However, the app only works pretty well, and every 6 months or so, it decideds to stop doing its scheduled and just become a rock. I refresh the app and refresh its internet connection, and it comes back to life. Guess it wants more pay and attention and appreciation.
