I know the application just rolled out and is new, however appointments don't display. Diagnosis section doesn't display. I receive no emails with instructions on how to join remote visits. I received text messages but also no instructions to join. I have filed complaints and contacted via the technical question dialogue however have received no responses. This application does not seem ready to be rolled out and doesn't have most of the functionality of the previous application or doesn't work.

This is a horrible app. I log in and it only gives my son's information nothing of my own. I cannot access any of my bloods or anything. Definitely a big downgrade and the previous high quality Neom hospital App.

Regarding Delayed Medical Test Results 1- My concern regarding a significant delay in receiving medical test results. This instance highlights a recurring issue I've observed, where medical reports consistently experience considerable delays in delivery, despite being finalized on the same day of the examination. 2- The inability to access crucial medical information in a timely manner is a significant inconvenience and a barrier to effective patient care.

As compare to the old application this new is really waste. Not have specific functions and the treatment details showing in same as radiology report can't open or downloaded and the patients details are keeping confidential as only it will be provided through the email of patients as only on request and if we want to open that need too many secure connections as it is seemly very difficult for the patients for there treatment as if it is needed to refer to the other doctors
