I used to be able to answer incoming calls forwarded from my office perhaps 20% of the time but for several months I can never answer it. Afterward it shows no activity or incoming calls even when the caller leaves a voice message and the Net2Phone software forwards it as an email attachment. The app is worse than worthless because the call rings through and keeps ringing. I have a Samsung S22+ with all the updates, and I have updated the app all without solving the issue.

The app on the phone is impossible to use. Drop calls all the time. If you don't have the app open when talking, the other end can't hear you even though you can hear them. Doesn't support videos in text. Can't do a group text. Overall it was one of the worst recommendations to go with this service. I'm switching to Google voice but have to wait 3 weeks for a port out. Torture
