It's down more than its up. Happy co is the best maintenance app hands down. Customer service with net vendor is a joke reach out by a message service only no one to call. Im back to using paper onsite.

App crashes frequently, loads incredibly slowly, doesn't allow techs to see resident feedback, overall needs a lot of improvement.
