This new app is awful! Everything about it is inferior to the original Newport Bus app. Buying tickets is fine, but tracking buses has become a complicated mess. Please can we have the original app back!

So I updated to the new app and my £4 ticket didn't appear. I emailed them with screenshots showing the ticket transaction details, asking if they could help. I've waited and waited without a response, so I feel a bit like I've been ripped off. As far as the rest of the app is concerned it's not much different to the old one, so I don't know why I had to swap apps and lose £4 in the process.
