I have been using the NHS Wales APP for a few months now, but the only problem I have is with the NOTIFICATIONS!!! This is the message it gives when I click on it 'Error Sorry, there is a problem with the service Go back to settings and try again.' This has been happening since day 1. You need to sort this out as I'm fed up with going in to see my messages regarding anything that I want to look at, the Surgery has my correct Email Address.

Waste of time, the most you can do is book an appointment, then get told it's not available, so you just ring up the surgery to book an appointment. I also inquired if I could see my test results that's a no, I also have had a few hospital appointments of late, which were in England and there is nothing on the app at all to show this ?? NATIONAL health service, yet those countries don't share the information, there should be no need for a Welsh app, just one NATIONAL app, with access to YOUR info

This is useless. None of it works aside from the appointments tab. Why can't you request prescriptions??? Why can't you do consults?? Why can't you request fit notes?? Bring back My Health Online!!

Awful app I can't believe why these apps haven't been fixed yet. I'm trying to register I submit my passport then soon as I get to recording it signs me out. This is the state of the NHS!.
