App is terrible. It is not logging round trips. Stops logging trips after 10 minutes of driving. Doesn't track trips going back home. No one at NJM knows what the problem is. On the app, it stopped logging on a Saturday. Today is Wednesday, I have come home from running errands on Sat, worked a PT job on Sunday, and worked a day job Monday-Wednesday, and none of the trips have logged. Not to mention when it does work, it doesn't account for breaking quickly or cornering. Will lower score.

This app does not function on every drive I make. I just drove to & from home to Delaware and location on no power save on and Wi-Fi on for whatever reason that has to be on, yet it didn't record my trip, and I've noticed this before since signing up & after speaking with another rep for the 2nd time we tried troubleshooting the app only for it to still not work. NJM will cancel the discount if they think you're not driving, but how do I prove I'm actually driving buy the app isn't working correctly?
